Restaurants And BarsThere are four restaurants including the Mahogany Lounge which is open for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers Bajan and Caribbean cuisine with an international twist. Aqua Terra specialises in fresh steak and seafood and is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Located by the beach, the casual Flying Fish serves up favourites such as burgers, pizzas, pastas and salads for lunch. Cerulean is the fine dining option, offering a sophisticated international menu served in a romantic oceanfront setting. There is also De’Rum Shop Café to tempt you with homemade Bajan treats, creative cocktails, rum tasting sessions and speciality coffees, plus four bars to keep you refreshed throughout the day and into the evening. Tipsy on the beach is a funky new beach bar, which is open for lunch and has a great skewer menu.
