Day Two Rome
Today you will learn about the history of Ancient Rome on a privately guided tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. After a break for lunch, you will visit the Palazzo Valentini for a fascinating audio visual tour that takes you right underneath the building and reveals some of the ancient Roman remains, buried deep under the city.

We particularly recommend heading to the Duomo where you can climb both the bell tower and dome, for some spectacular views of the city.

Following the tour, spend the rest of the day at leisure discovering why Florence is one of the most visited cities in the world.
Day Six Florence
In the morning your driver will transfer you by private car to a Florentine cooking school for a private class with a local chef. During the class you will cook a traditional Tuscan menu, including pasta made from scratch, which you'll then be able to enjoy for your lunch. After the class your driver will transfer you back to your hotel and you have the afternoon at leisure to explore more of the city.
Day Seven Venice
